# Visibility

> For the complete documentation index, see [llms.txt](https://preview.writedocs.io/llms.txt).

Content only for people reading the site, or only for AI tools reading the page's Markdown.

Some content is only useful to one audience: "click **Get started**" to a person, "call `POST /v1/accounts`" to an AI agent. `Visibility` marks which one a part of the page is for.

This paragraph is inside `<Visibility for="agents">`. It isn't shown on the site; you're reading it in the page's Markdown copy, `llms-full.txt` or the MCP server.

```mdx
To create an account, call `POST /v1/accounts` with an email address.
```

## Where each one shows

| | `for="humans"` | `for="agents"` |
| --- | --- | --- |
| The site | Shown | Left out |
| The page's Markdown copy (`.md`) | Left out | Shown |
| `llms-full.txt` and the MCP server | Left out | Shown |

The site's search finds what the site shows, so `agents` content isn't in it.

Content outside any `Visibility` is for everyone.

## Props

**`for`** `"humans" | "agents"` default: `humans`

Who the content is for.
