# Update

> For the complete documentation index, see [llms.txt](https://preview.writedocs.io/llms.txt).

Changelog entries with a date or version label, a description, and tag filters.

One entry in a changelog. The `label` (usually a date or version) sits in a column on the left, with the `description` and `tags` under it, and the entry's content on the right. On narrow screens the two stack.

**2026-09-01**

v2.0.0

A new dashboard, and exports for every report.

**2026-08-15**

v1.4.2

Fixed a crash when the dashboard had no data.

```mdx
<Update label="2026-09-01" description="v2.0.0" tags={["Feature"]}>
  A new dashboard, and exports for every report.
</Update>
<Update label="2026-08-15" description="v1.4.2" tags={["Fix"]}>
  Fixed a crash when the dashboard had no data.
</Update>
```

Each label is a link to its own entry, so a changelog entry can be shared directly. Two entries with the same label get distinct links (`#2026-08-01`, `#2026-08-01-2`).

When any `Update` on a page has `tags`, a row of tag buttons appears above the first one. Clicking a tag shows only the entries that have it; clicking it again, or **All**, shows everything.

## Props

**`label`** `string` required

Shown in the left column, and used for the entry's link.

**`description`** `string`

A short line under the label, like a version number.

**`tags`** `string[]`

Shown under the description, and used for the tag filter.
